SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
with Reverend Laura Messamore

If you’re not familiar with spiritual direction, it’s a practice of meeting with a trained minister who can help you listen for and hear the voice of God. As a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and an ordained deacon, Laura has been providing spiritual direction since 2012. Her passion is to help people get quiet, so they can discern the movement of God in their lives and connect directly with His loving, healing presence.

Is spiritual direction right for you? It could be if you are facing one or more of these situations:

• You are in a time of crisis, needing God’s help to process your pain or loss.
• You have a big decision coming up and are seeking God’s direction for your life.
• You feel “stuck” in your spiritual life and want to move past the block.
• You have a hard time “hearing” God on your own and would like some guided help with listening.
